Dennis + Ives

Dennis + Ives is a new mixed use development in Jacksonville’s rail yard district. Anchored by office spaces, a brewery, a full-service restaurant, a cafe, and an outdoor event space, Dennis + Ives promises to be an exciting new hub of activity for a growing neighborhood. My team and I designed a logo that presented a modern take on the industrial origins of the district as it continues to evolve.
