Paul Bowers’ Brutal South newsletter and companion podcast discuss a wide variety of topics including education, class struggle, parenting, brutalist architecture, and the American South. With a nod to the tongue-in-cheek name as well as Paul’s love for heavy metal, I designed a series of logos paying tribute to the iconic, aggressive logos frequently used by metal bands and featured on sick battle vests around the world.
